The Artist Collection grew out of my time in the classroom, where I fell in love with teaching art history in a way that truly brings it to life. I love sharing the stories behind the artists—the drama, the passion, the little bits of “tea” that make them unforgettable—and watching that spark of curiosity ignite in my students.

The artists in this collection are the ones who helped shape me. They opened my eyes to the idea that art doesn’t have to be perfect or realistic to be meaningful. Instead, it can be bold, expressive, and full of heart. They showed me that art is a powerful way to tell your story—and that’s exactly what I hope to do, while encouraging others to discover a piece of their own story within it.

The sculptures in this collection are meant to be seen as beasts wearing human costumes—raw, instinctive, and a little untamed beneath the surface. They reflect the idea that beneath our outward appearances, there’s something more emotional, more chaotic, and more alive. It’s an invitation to look closer, to question what we see, and to embrace the beautifully imperfect nature of being human.
