We typically process and ship orders within two business days of purchase. All orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 days after shipment.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at lucy@lucyleoparddesigns.com within two days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.  Photos of package opening required to process a refund.
